Pops for Champagne is very excited to announce the return of our educational tasting series!

Our values: A mosaic of unique terroirs, Champagne, in each village, each hillside, each plot, offers different aromatic profiles that we want to respect and enhance.

Thus, this desire to preserve the uniqueness of the terroirs leads us, during winemaking, to select

the best potential of the grapes in order to produce complex and elegant champagnes: living reflections of the land from which they come.

Michael Seward and Joao Alves will lead this incredible tasting event highlighting a grower that is available in Ilinois for the first time.

Joao Alves de Sa is a native from Portugal that moved to Chicago 7 years ago and after managing the wine programs at Next Restaurant and Verve Wine, he decided to embrace the challenge of wine distribution and joined the Grand Cru Selections opening team in Illinois.
